I want to thank you and commend you for the excellent job of building my home in the Dominion. The quality of workmanship is evident throughout the home. It actually takes a fair amount of time to observe and appreciate all of the details and high quality finish work.

It is easy to judge the quality of work by walking around the house, however the more important part of the building process is the trust and confidence displayed by you. When we reached agreement to build the house, one of the most important things to me was to be able to work with someone that I could absolutely trust. You always worked with my best interests in mind and for that I am truly grateful. As you might imagine, we entered into our first 'true custom' home project with a high level of anxiety, not knowing for sure what we were getting into and hearing horror stories from friends and family. Once the project started we soon realized Guy was the right builder for the job. Guy is more than just the builder. He was a trusted advisor, creative solution provider, and tight expense manager. Our home was a very complex build and Guy's attention to detail, high quality expectations, and skilled contractors delivered a superior experience. It was truly amazing to see our unique design come to life.

We unreservedly recommend Guy! When we first met Guy at another home he had built, we were impressed by the meticulous craftsmanship, solid construction and exceptional planning which had obviously gone into that home. However, it was a comment he made that first day that sold us on him as a builder. When I mentioned that I was concerned about the stress of building a home, Guy smiled, chuckled, and said, 'Building a home should be fun'.

During each step of our project (planning, construction and service after completion), Guy has demonstrated that we made absolutely the right decision choosing him as our contractor. He quickly understood our concept, found an excellent architect to work with us and established a plan to keep us on budget; all while ensuring that we got the dream home we always wanted. Guy has great subcontractors and ensures that his high standards are met or exceeded by all.

Additionally, it is the service after construction which we believe sets Guy apart from other builders. When it became clear that the hardwood floor we had selected was defective, Guy fought hard for us with the manufacturer, supplier, and installer to ensure that it was replaced properly, quickly and at no cost to us. No matter how small the item was that we wanted fixed, Guy quickly sent someone to address the issue and then followed up to ensure that we were satisfied. No matter the issue, it was very clear that Guy was not satisfied until we were.

We just recently completed a home building project using Creative Custom Builders to do the job. From the planning stages through completion, Guy was involved directly; offering his expertise throughout.

There was nothing 'routine' about our project. It required extensive engineering and specialized applications. Guy was knowledgeable, timely and 'hands on', ensuring that the job was done right...and it was!
